欧洲女子篮球联赛

欧洲女子篮球联赛是欧洲区域的顶级篮球联赛，其前身是组建于1958年的欧洲女子俱乐部冠军联赛。在1960至1982年期间，Daugava Riga俱乐部（现拉脱维亚TTT Riga俱乐部）打出了统治级的表现，共18次获得冠军殊荣，领跑联赛冠军榜；俄罗斯的UMMC Ekaterinburg俱乐部是近五年来表现最出色的球队，她们已连续三年卫冕联赛冠军，我们熟悉的布里安娜·斯图尔特、布兰妮·格里娜、阿尔巴·托伦斯等女篮世界级球星都效力于该队。

The Euroleague Women is the premier women's basketball competition in the European region, and was originally launched in 1958 as the European Cup for Women's Champion Clubs. Between 1960 and 1982, the Daugava Riga Club (now Latvia's TTT Riga Club) hada dominantpresence in the league, winning 18 titles and leading the league. While Russia's UMMC Ekaterinburg club is the best team in the recentfive years, defending the league title for the third year in a row. Some of the world-class stars we know well, such as Breanna STEWART, Brittney GRINER, Alba TORRENS and others, all play for thisteam.

欧洲杯女子篮球联赛

欧洲杯女子篮球联赛是欧洲区域的乙级篮球联赛，首次举办于2002年。在近20年的联赛征程中，共有15家俱乐部先后拿到过冠军头衔；最近一支获得冠军的球队是来自西班牙的Valencia Basket俱乐部，她们即将参加欧洲联赛的资格赛，向顶级联赛的参赛席位发起冲击。

The EuroCup Women is the second-tier basketball league in Europe, first held in 2002. Fifteen clubs have won the title in last 20 years and the most recent champions is the Valencia Basket club from Spain, which isabout to qualify for the Euroleague in the near future.

赛制 | Competition System

虽同为欧洲区域的女子篮球联赛，欧洲联赛与欧洲杯联赛在规模与赛制上却不尽相同。

Euroleague and EuroCup do not havethe same competition system, although they are both women's basketball leagues in the European region.

在参赛资格方面，俱乐部根据前三赛季的赛事排名获得相应积分，并以国家为单位进行汇总；依据国家排名分配给各国不同的正赛参赛名额与资格赛名额。

In terms of qualification, clubs earn points based on the ranking of the gamesover the past three seasons and aggregate them on a country-by-country basis. Then, according to the national ranking, each country gets different regular and qualifying places.

从赛制方面来看，欧洲联赛的常规赛结束后，各小组的第五与第六名将参与到欧洲杯联赛的八强赛中，共同参与欧洲杯联赛冠军的角逐。在这样的体系中，欧洲球队之间的交流进一步加深，顶级联赛与次顶级联赛的壁垒也被打破。

On a systemical basis, after the regular season of the Euroleague, the fifth and sixth places in each group will be involved in the EuroCup top eight, and play for the champions of the EuroCup. In such a system, communication between European teams has deepened and barriers between the premier league and the second-tier league have been broken.
