比赛规则英语翻译

this competition contains two sections, which are reading and answering questions.

first, the contestant would read what him/her has prepared, he/she has 3 minutes and there will be a count down for the last 30 seconds.

after the contestant has finished reading, the judges would ask questions accordingly, no time limits.

after the competition, contestants may not leave, and please keep silent through out the competition, and turn your cell phone off or to mute.
